If you’re wondering whether the Zara Affiliate Program is worthwhile joining, then you’ve come to the right place. Zara is a globally recognized fashion retailer that sells a wide range of clothes and accessories for women, men, and children. The company was founded in Spain originally in 1975 according to Wikipedia.
In my Zara affiliate program review you will find all the details regarding how to apply, how much you can earn, how to promote Zara and my personal experience with the program.
Now while I am not personally a fashion influencer I do know how to make money online, something I have mastered over the last 9 years in business. There are many ways you can get paid as a Zara Affiliate, so lets get right to it.
How Does The Zara Affiliate Program Work?
Step 1. You apply to be a Zara Ambassador.
- Go to the “Ambassadors” page on the Zara website. From there you’ll need to create an account with Captiv8, the platform Zara uses for their ambassador program. During the application you’ll need to connect your social media accounts so Zara can see your influence.
Step 2. You receive “processed links” from Zara.
-
Once approved Zara will send you “processed links” which may include images and branding. Your job is to share these links with your followers and get them to click.
Step 3. Create and Share a Favorites List
-
Create a list of your favourite Zara items using the Zara app. Then get the link to this list and put it into the Captiv8 creator site to turn it into an affiliate link.
-
Share this personalised affiliate link with your followers and ask them to go and explore your selected items and buy.
-
Promote the items in your favourites list by telling your followers why you love them. Use your social media to showcase these products through posts, stories or videos. Use Captiv8’s tools to track your links and adjust your strategy to get the best engagement and conversions.
Does Zara have an affiliate program?
- Yes, but not exactly. Zara’s Ambassador Program is about as close as it gets to an Affiliate Program. The difference is the application process and ways in which you can promote the brand are slightly more strict than the standard Affiliate Program.
Where can you promote your Zara Affiliate Links?
- Without a doubt the most common way to earn affiliate commissions with Zara is by using ‘LINK IN BIO’ through platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
- For link in BIO tools I recomend either Stan.store or Linktree.
How much do Zara Affiliates make?
- It really depends, however we can guestimate the top % of Zara Affiliates are making 6 figures per year. The difference between the top % and the rest really comes down to viral content & engagement through social media reels / posts as well as running campaigns through well established email lists.

Pros and Cons of Zara Ambassador Program
Pros ✅
- The commission rate ranges betweek 4% and 8% which is actually really good considering the brand we are talking about.
- I must say it is also fairly easy to apply for the program.
- The fashion niche is an easy market to sell to and creating content is very easy.
Cons ❌
- The tracking period is limited to just 24 hours. When someone clicks your Affiliate link you will get the sales from that click for the day. This is a little disappointing and something to consider.
- Acceptance into the program can be a challenge, it is up to the program managers to manually approve you and there can be many reasons you won’t get accepted.
- It can take time to get paid and Captiv8 also has a minimum cashout requirement of $50. Also pending commissions can take as long as 75 days to be approved due to returns and chargebacks on their end.
How do you get approved for Zara affiliate program?
- The easiest way to get approved for the Zara Brand Ambassador Program is to have a social media account with more than a few thousand followers and good engagement of 30-100 likes per post minimum.
- Social media platforms include YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and even Pinterest.
My personal thoughts and experience with Zara Affiliate Marketing
- Personally I think the program is excellent for a multitude of reasons, some of which I have already mentioned above. Currently I promote Zara through 2 blogs in which I am ranking for specific keywords, I will note the market is competitive and you must be willing to create fresh and original content in order to rank well in search as well as socials.

Tips for receiving your payouts
- Recieving your commission is easy most of the time. Just add your bank account or PayPal and you are set! BUT unless you are in the US most of these programs will send you payments in a different currency which means you will pay the conversion fee from your bank + the bank fee. If you are using PayPal they also add their fees for withdrawals and conversions.
- My recommendation is to get a Wise account, here you will be able to provide local bank details to each affiliate network or program and better yet! There are NO fees for converting the currency. I have transfered over half a million using Wise simply to save around $4000 in fees. Check out Wise here.
All of the Affiliate Programs & Networks I review are trustworthy and I personally use them all for generating multiple streams of income with Affiliate Marketing.
